Our Instructors
Albin Demo
Albin Demo is a versatile and award-winning dancer who has trained and competed in several different styles since childhood. In addition to his competition career with several championship titles, Albin works a lot as a choreographer where he excels by combining his knowledge from several dance worlds into one. Albin has been awarded scholarships, been interviewed, and been on TV thanks to his efforts in the dance world. He also has contact and collaborated with several international artists.
During his high school years in the natural sciences, he started his own dance group King Cobraz. Now studying biology at university level, Albin took his dance career further by founding his very own dance and health studio, Demo's Palace. Albin's ambition after graduation is to merge the world of science with physical activity, nutrition, and wellness.
In Albin's courses, you can expect a unique approach that develops and challenges all individuals to reach their full potential. It will be sweaty, it will be educational, but most importantly it will be an uplifting atmosphere.
Our Instructors
Cecilia Fryxell
Cecilia Fryxell is a passionate instructor who is dedicated to fitness and health. With education from the Coaching Program at Örebro University, and experience from competitive dance, Cecilia has been an active instructor and dance educator since 2018. During her years as an instructor, Cecilia has led many courses. Her joyful, motivating, and inspiring leadership skills have left positive impressions and are well spoken of among former students.
Cecilia specializes in the energetic workouts Zumba Fitness and Strong Nation, where every class is infused with joy and a great atmosphere. In Cecilia's classes, you can expect to sweat, have fun, and leave the dance studio with a smile on your face, filled with new energy.
Our Instructors
Erna Demo
Erna Demo is an experienced dancer who has trained and competed in Caribbean and Latin American dances, where she has also won several championship titles. In addition to her competitive career, Erna has a lot of experience in dance education as she has taught courses in various forms for several years.
At high school level, Erna has studied economics, while being an active dancer in King Cobraz. Together with her brother Albin, she has organized several workshops for the public in Örebro, where known faces from the dance world have been guests. Now she works at Dialog DV as a unit manager and brings her leadership skills directly to Demo's Palace.
In Erna's courses, you can expect a high and upbeat energy that will make you want to stay on the dance floor for hours. Her leadership and pedagogy create a safe and challenging environment for everyone to develop. There will be passionate rhythms, educational classes, and an atmosphere that puts a smile on everyone's face.
King Cobraz
King Cobraz is created and run by Albin Demo and is Demo's Palace's very own project group. The group has been active for several years and they dance a mix of several different styles. These styles include everything from dancehall, afro-fusion and hiphop to Latin American and Caribbean dances.
Over the years that King Cobraz has been active, they have created professional dance videos, taken part in local and national performances, and also competed in Sweden. More recently, the group has also collaborated with international artists. Incorporating strong elements of culture is something the dance group is passionate about and it is often expressed through their work.
