Solo Bachata

Basic - Intermediate

Solo Bachata offers you the chance to explore sensual rhythms and smooth movements. A course perfect for beginners that focuses on the basic steps of Bachata, body control, confidence, and simple musicality. No partner is needed as the dance course is designed for solo dancers.

Solo Salsa

Solo Salsa is your way into the vibrant world of salsa dancing. This dance course is designed for beginners and focuses on working on basic steps, rhythm, and body movements. Latin & Caribbean Show

Intermediate

Latin & Caribbean Show brings the magical energy of Latin American and Caribbean dance styles to life, preparing you to shine on stage. From the hot rhythms of salsa to the infectious beats of samba, this dance class includes a strong focus on learning the basics and choreography. You'll learn how to combine technique, expression, and stage presence, while honoring the roots of these dynamic styles. 
 
If you are looking to perform and immerse yourself in Latin American and Caribbean dance styles, then this dance course is perfect for you.

TriFusion

Basic - Intermediate - Advanced

TriFusion combines dancehall, hip-hop, and afro-fusion into an energetic and challenging dance class designed to develop versatile dancers. The course offers a balanced blend of technique, musicality, and choreography, while preparing participants to take the stage with strong stage presence and confidence. 
 
Whether you want to build a solid foundation, deepen your skills, or take your dancing to an advanced level, TriFusion gives you the opportunity to grow both technically and creatively.

Female Dancehall

Basic

This is an energetic and expressive course focused on authentic Jamaican Female Dancehall. It is a dance style created by female dancers in Jamaica and deeply rooted in dancehall culture and its history.

 

During the course, you will learn authentic steps, techniques, and choreographies. The focus is also on the confidence and expression that permeate Female Dancehall as a culture and a language of movement. The course is open to everyone regardless of gender or prior experience.

PowerCore is a modern, high-intensity workout program that combines physical training with body control—a unique addition to the fitness scene in Örebro. The program is designed for those who want to become stronger, more flexible, and more aware of how their body works.

SoulFlow Yoga

SoulFlow Yoga is a music-driven yoga experience where breathing, movement, and mindfulness are woven together into a dynamic and pulsating flow. Inspired by Vinyasa Yoga, you’ll explore elegant and seamless sequences of yoga poses in time with the music, where every movement is guided by rhythm, feeling, and breath.

 

The class combines balance, strength, and body control with a blend of calm and energetic flow. Through gentle transitions and organic movement patterns, a warm experience is created where we work on feeling, experiencing, and moving with intention.

YinYoga

Yin Yoga is a calm and restorative yoga class designed for everyone, regardless of experience level or background. Over the course of 60 minutes, participants will sink into longer, gentle poses that release deep tension, increase flexibility, and help the body recover.

The class is led by our instructor, a trained occupational therapist with experience in rehabilitation, stress management, and energy balance. Her unique expertise permeates every session, guiding you safely through poses that not only feel comfortable but are also well-suited to the body’s anatomy.

Pilates in Motion

Pilates In Motion is a Pilates concept where strength, flow, and body awareness come together in a rhythmic workout designed to strengthen both body and mind.

The class focuses on building core strength, improving posture, increasing flexibility, and creating a deeper connection with the body through controlled and mindful movements. Drawing inspiration from classical Pilates, the class combines technique and precision with seamless transitions, mini bands, and music to create an active flow where strength and presence develop simultaneously.

This class is perfect for those seeking a modern form of exercise where strength, control, and flow come together in a calm yet focused atmosphere.
