SoulFlow Yoga is a modern, music-driven yoga experience where breathing, movement, and mindfulness are woven together into a dynamic, pulsating flow. Inspired by Vinyasa Yoga, you’ll explore elegant, seamless sequences of yoga poses in time with the music, where every movement is guided by rhythm, feeling, and breath. Here, the music is more than just background noise; it becomes a central part of the experience, helping the body find focus, mobility, and presence from the first movement to the last. The class combines balance, strength, and body control with a blend of calm and energetic flow. Through smooth transitions and organic movement patterns, a warm experience is created where we work on feeling, experiencing, and moving with intention. In the studio, you’ll be greeted by a calm and enveloping environment with music and atmospheric lighting that enhances the feeling of SoulFlow Yoga. This class is perfect for those who want to combine yoga, music, and movement in a modern and inspiring workout that goes beyond the traditional yoga class. Here, your body will feel strong, supple, and alive, while your mind has the opportunity to develop in full presence.

Cancellation Policy
Demo's Palace Booking Policy for Dance and Fitness Classes: - All bookings are made online, and as a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If the service you booked begins within these 14 days, your right of withdrawal remains in effect, but you will be charged for any sessions you have attended if you cancel. To cancel a booking, please contact kontakt@demospalace.com and we will resolve it as quickly as possible. - No refunds will be issued for missed sessions. If there are fewer than 10 bookings, the service you booked may be canceled, in which case you will be offered a full refund and the option to rebook another service before the course starts. - The age limit for the studio’s dance and fitness classes is 16+. You may book the studio’s classes starting the year you turn 16. - To manage bookings, we process personal data such as Social Security numbers, names, phone numbers, and email addresses. We need this information to identify and contact customers. We also keep a record of previous courses the customer has taken with us. The purpose of this is to help the customer find the right course and level when booking courses for upcoming semesters. All data is used to deliver and administer our services. We also use the information to communicate with you about important events and send information via email. We do not disclose personal data to third parties. We store the data for as long as the customer dances with us. The data is retained for one term after the customer is no longer active. If the customer wishes to resume dancing after a break, this makes it easier for us to help the customer find the right course. - Demo's Palace does not save any information from WhatsApp. The studio’s WhatsApp community and groups serve solely as a communication channel between customers and instructors, for example, to share information about studio events, conduct polls and gauge interest, chat, send course materials, etc. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you!
