This is an energetic and expressive course focused on authentic Jamaican Female Dancehall. It is a dance style created by female dancers in Jamaica and deeply rooted in dancehall culture and its history. The style emerged from Kingston’s street and party culture, where women began to take on a greater role, creating their own steps and expressing themselves through powerful movements, musicality, attitude, and individual style. It is a dance style where sensuality, strength, and freedom coexist. During the course, you will learn authentic steps, techniques, and choreographies. The focus is also on the confidence and expression that permeate Female Dancehall as a culture and a language of movement. The course is characterized by high energy, a strong sense of community, and a safe environment where you are encouraged to challenge yourself, develop your personal expression, and dare to fully take your place. Female Dancehall is perfect for you if you want to develop rhythm, confidence, musicality, and powerful expression while experiencing the authentic energy and culture behind the dance style. The course is open to everyone, regardless of gender or prior experience.

Demo's Palace Booking Policy for Dance and Fitness Classes: - All bookings are made online, and as a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If the service you booked begins within these 14 days, your right of withdrawal remains in effect, but you will be charged for any sessions you have attended if you cancel. To cancel a booking, please contact kontakt@demospalace.com and we will resolve it as quickly as possible. - No refunds will be issued for missed sessions. If there are fewer than 10 bookings, the service you booked may be canceled, in which case you will be offered a full refund and the option to rebook another service before the course starts. - The age limit for the studio’s dance and fitness classes is 16+. You may book the studio’s classes starting the year you turn 16. - To manage bookings, we process personal data such as Social Security numbers, names, phone numbers, and email addresses. We need this information to identify and contact customers. We also keep a record of previous courses the customer has taken with us. The purpose of this is to help the customer find the right course and level when booking courses for upcoming semesters. All data is used to deliver and administer our services. We also use the information to communicate with you about important events and send information via email. We do not disclose personal data to third parties. We store the data for as long as the customer dances with us. The data is retained for one term after the customer is no longer active. If the customer wishes to resume dancing after a break, this makes it easier for us to help the customer find the right course. - Demo's Palace does not save any information from WhatsApp. The studio’s WhatsApp community and groups serve solely as a communication channel between customers and instructors, for example, to share information about studio events, conduct polls and gauge interest, chat, send course materials, etc. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you!
